Inflatables cannot be used in wind speeds in excess of 24mph and must be deflated until wind speeds drop. This must be adhered to for health and safety reasons.

If you think the wind speed is of concern above 24mph or gusting, please ensure to remove children and deflate the inflatable until the wind speed drops. Throughout the day walk around the inflatable regularly to check anchor points are undamaged and the pegs which secure it to the ground have not lifted. If they have, make sure they are pushed back into the ground. If you are in any doubt at all please contact us for further information.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund for this as classed as "Act of God".
